1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the CartaPuce application, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of the Service

CartaPuce is a free iOS application developed by Devside SRL (Belgium) that allows you to store, organise and present your loyalty cards digitally. The application is available on the Apple App Store.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CartaPuce only for personal and lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify or distribute the application without written authorisation from Devside SRL
• Attempt to decompile or access the source code of the application
• Use the application for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

The CartaPuce application, its interface, code, graphics and content are the exclusive property of Devside SRL and are protected by Belgian and international intellectual property laws. Brand logos and trademarks displayed in the application are the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

CartaPuce is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Devside SRL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, loss of data, or any interruption of service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

7. Changes

Devside SRL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
